Q: When days of the week is the High 5?

The High 5 is available to complete 7 days a week. We never have a day off in the season.

Q: Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, all High 5 participants are required to sign either the online or paper waiver form. This is available as a link or in Hatta Outdoor’s Wadi Hub reception.

Q: What should I know about food and hydration?

Only one standard drink is included Food and beverages are available at Wadi Hub, Leem Lake, and Hatta View Participants are encouraged to plan stops and stay hydrated

Q: Where does the High 5 start and finish?

All activities start and finish at Wadi Hub, which serves as the basecamp for preparation, rest, and refreshments

Q: Can the High 5 be canceled?

Management reserves the right to cancel or modify due to inclement weather or safety concerns Any cancellations will be communicated in advance when possible

Q: Is there a group discount?

No, group discounts are not available on the High 5 challenge. It is already discounted to 299AED which is a considerable saving on full RRP

Q: Are there restrictions for swimming, biking, or climbing?

Swimming: participants are not required to be able to swim to safely complete kayaking or water-based activities, life preservers must be worn Mountain biking: participants must be confident on off-road terrain High Ropes Course on the Hatta Aerial Park & Drop-In Slides: minimum age 6 years, plus height and weight restrictions apply 130cm height and 120kg max weight Normal Zip line operating weights 45kg-110kg. These weights are subject to change due to weather conditions.
