• ALL events must be pre agreed with final written confirmation from Hatta Outdoor management.
• Timings of events are strict and once agreed non-negotiable.
• Specific rules related to music and noise levels, car parking, lighting etc. must be followed.
• All areas related to the staging of your event must be completely cleaned within 24 hours after the event.
• All evidence of the event must be removed within 24 hours of the end of the event.
• Flags and promotional material may be placed within Wadi Hub subject to agreement in relation to position, size and location.
• Identification of ALL (both voluntary and paid) staff related to the event must be provided prior to commencement of any aspect of the event, including montage.
• Hatta Outdoor and Wadi Hub Security have the final ‘say’ on all aspects of the event.
• For large events a deposit of 5000 AED must be put up prior to event start. This deposit will be returned in full once all the criteria of staging the event, including demonatage have been met. Should the cost of returning Wadi Hub back to normal be greater than the deposit sum of 5000 AED then the event organizer will be held responsible for such costs.
• A single event manager must be in charge and contactable throughout the entirety of the event. They will ultimately be responsible for the event.
• Hatta Outdoor reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of any event at their discretion at any point before or during the event.
• Hatta Outdoor reserves the right to alter or add to the terms and conditions of staging an event at Wadi Hub.
• Any changes to the pre agreed event must be authorized by Hatta Outdoor.
• Agreed fees for event hosting must be paid in full, a minimum of 7 days before the start of the event.
• Event cancellation by the organizer 7 days or more before the event will result in a full return of fees, less any amount already spent by Hatta Outdoor.
• Event cancellation by the organizer between 2 and 6 days before the event will result in a 50% return of fees, less any amount already spent by Hatta Outdoor.
• Event cancellation by the organizer less than 2 days before the event will result in no return of fees.
• Event cancellation by Hatta Outdoor will result in a full refund of event fees.
• It may be that the event organizer has to provide additional (agreed) levels of provision, such as toilets, Police, medical, food. Seating, litter bins, stages, marquees, electricity, PA systems etc. This extra level of provision must be provided by the organizer and must meet agreed minimum standards.
• All events must be culturally appropriate .
• No alcohol is permitted onsite in Wadi Hub.
• The Event organizer accepts liability for their event.
• Hatta Outdoor and other companies providing products and services in Wadi Hub are not responsible for negligence related to the event.
• Social Media posts by the organizer related to the event must incorporate the #hattaoutdoor #visithatta handles.
• Discount packages on Wadi Hub attractions are available by agreement with Hatta Outdoor.
• Inspection days, including use of the facilities, are available by agreement with Hatta Outdoor.
• Costs of staging an event vary, we have a simple rule. If the event is charging, then so are we. If the event is free, then it may well be free to host your event at Wadi Hub.
• The rules and regulations related to the staging of events is not limited to the above. All normal rules of Wadi Hub continue to apply such as opening times, ride heights, weights and ages etc.
